02 - 21 - 2014 Convicted killer faces state time for probation violations
[DI] - It has been 3 years since 26-y/o Jessica Curry walked out of Snyder County Jail, after serving a little more than a year for causing a fatal crash while high on dust remover. Now it appears she could be headed to state prison for six years for violating probation when officials learned that she provided a fake name to Bloomsburg police during a recent arrest in Columbia County and was later found in possession of drug paraphernalia. Curry allegedly admitted she had relapsed and was using heroin and methamphetamine. Curry was huffing dust remover when she caused a fatal crash on Routes 11-15 in Shamokin Dam back in Jan., 2009.
