[DI] - Yesterday a 21-y/o Mifflinburg man was charged with 1st-degree aggravated assault, accused of pushing the mother of his infant so hard that her head broke a wall and holding a knife to her throat and saying, âI should just kill you now.â Mifflinburg police officer Tracy Fetterman told District Judge Jeffrey Mensch that 4 law enforcement agencies scoured the region trying to find Kyle Stahl after the Monday incident. Stahl, who also faces misdemeanor charges, is free on $25,000 bail but was ordered to stay away from the victim, Nikole Brosious, and their child.
